We all know junk food is junk, but did you know that some bad foods can literally shorten your life?
Researchers at the University of Michigan found these foods take the most time off your life:
SODA: 12 minutes
CURED MEATS, LIKE PROSCIUTTO: 24 MINUTES
HOT DOGS: 36 minutes
As for which foods add to your life span? Bananas (13 minutes), Salmon (16 minutes) and 30g of nuts (30 minutes).
