We've got a story here about a woman who really needs to find a new line of work. I mean, I guess I'm glad this turned out okay for her . . . but seriously, change careers to ANYTHING ELSE.
A 27-year-old woman named Ali Burton works as a personal trainer at a gym in West Sussex, in the U.K. But there's a problem: She has a fear of SWEAT.
She says her anxiety disorder is triggered by touching things with, quote, "hygiene issues." So a few weeks into her job back in 2019, when her boss told her to pick up towels off the floor, she wouldn't do it.
That caused a lot of issues at the job . . . and eventually, she filed a case against the gym for unlawful harassment.
And . . . a judge at an employment hearing just ruled in her favor. They're still figuring out what kind of settlement she's going to get.
