Good news: We've got a new trick you can use to really help improve your memory. Bad news: You'll have to use paper and a pen, like a CAVEMAN.
A new study at the University of Tokyo figured out that people remember stuff way better if they HANDWRITE it with a pen and paper. When we do that, we commit it to memory way better than if we type it.
The researchers think it's because using a paper and pen is more tactile and so we form stronger memories because it's using more parts of our brain.
