This past weekend temperatures and humidity levels were through the roof! Saturday during the Thomas Rhett concert I knew that I was getting too dehydrated and I needed to go home. Here are the signs so you're prepared if it happens to you.
Symptoms
Signs of mild or moderatedehydrationinclude:
- Thirst
- Dry or stickymouth
- Not peeing very much
- Dark yellow pee
- Dry, coolskin
- Headache
- Muscle cramps
Signs of severe dehydration include:
- Not peeing or having very dark yellow pee
- Verydry skin
- Feeling dizzy
- Rapid heartbeat
- Rapid breathing
- Sunkeneyes
- Sleepiness, lack of energy, confusion or irritability
- Fainting
