According to a new survey, Americans have 60 "bad days" every year. That means we spend two ENTIRE months stressed out, unhappy, tired, or angry.
The top five things that ruin a day are:
1. Not getting enough sleep.
2. Feeling sick.
3. Having a money issue.
4. Stress at work.
5. Having plans fall through.
But the survey also found we let much more MINOR things send us into a downward spiral. 25% of people have lost it over a bad hair day . . . and 8% have gotten depressed over their favorite sports team losing.
