Despite popular belief not all celebs know each other.
Take Kesha and Jerry Seinfeld for example. While on a red carpet Kesha spotted Seinfeld, and being a fan, wanted to get a hug. Well when she walked up to him he quickly turns her down. He actually backs away from her, probably assuming she is just some crazy person that got on the carpet! I mean talk about awkward!
When asked about the incident Seinfeld said, “I was right in the middle of an interview, it was a little off". He continued, “I don’t hug a total stranger. I have to meet someone. Say hello. I gotta start somewhere.”
Turns out they did make nice off camera after the exchange. “She was very nice about it, we laughed about it,” he said.
