Kylie Fans Outraged Over Recieving Empty Kylighters

Kylie Jenner is in big trouble with her fans! After launching a new product, Kylighter (basically a highlighter) fans went crazy trying to be the first ones to own the $22 product. Well after waiting WEEKS to receive them in the mail fans opened up their package only to find out there was none!
Well of course you can imagine what happened next, they all took to twitter to rant about how upset they were.....
Kylie has yet to respond to anyone who is upset but the brand did reach out to some of them letting them know that they were sending out new kits the following day. I hope this doesn't become a regular thing for Kylie's brand, she always seems to be having some kind of trouble with her makeup line.
