Billy Ray Cyrus may have spilled the beans on Miley's secret wedding!
Over the weekend he posted a picture of Miley on Instagram where she was wearing a white dress and the internet is going CRAZY! All the picture said was "I'm so happy...you are happy" BUT because she is wearing a white dress people are thinking that maybe she got married to Liam!
Now Miley is not one to be super secretive but I think this is somethign that she may be a little more cautions about letting the world in on. You can make your own assumptions, here is the pic....
