A lot of Netflix subscribers aren't happy about the streaming service's decision to start showing ads for other shows in between your binge-watching.
Lucky for you (and me), there's a way to opt out.
All you have to do is go to netflix.com/DoNotTest and switch your test participation to "off".
You won't see the ads, but you'll also be cut off from any other features that are in test mode. If you don't want to do that, there's always the 'skip' button.
By the way, Netflix is calling these between-show promos "personalized recommendations" not "commercials"......
