Heart Attack On A Plate IS ACTUALLY A Thing

Turns out the phrase "heart attack on a plate" actually is an accurate statement. Top cardiologist Dr. Kim Williams says filling up on nothing but meats and fats is absolutely "wrong." 

Keto has spread like wildfire among Americans looking to rapidly shed those unwanted pounds. The diet forces you to give up all carbs which in return puts you in a state of 'ketosis'. In layman's terms, your body goes into starvation mode and turns to its own stored fat for fuel. From that sentence alone you can see why this diet is easily the most controversial to date. 

Dr. Williams, a past president of the American College of Cardiology weighed in on the popular diet to confirm that it does indeed highly increase your risk of heart disease as well as mortality. 

So basically if you want to live a long life then say "no" to keto.
