Should Concert Venues Have Designated "Quiet Zones"?

Maybe the pandemic really is winding down, because the World Health Organization just turned its attention to this . . .

They issued new global guidelines for concert venues that suggest keeping the average sound level below 100 decibels to protect people's hearing. According to one source we saw, your average rock concert can be more like 120 to 130 decibels.

They also say venues should think about adding "quiet zones," where people can go to get away from the noise.
