Listen to Frank Ocean on iHeartRadio

Restaurant chain Chipotle wants their money back from Frank Ocean after he allegedly backed out of a commercial deal.

According to the "Hollywood Reporter," Chipotle is suing the Odd Future singer for the $212,500 they paid him to record a track for an animated advertisement.

Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week, the lawsuit claims that Ocean pulled the plug on the deal on the day the song was due because a final version of the ad included a Chipotle logo, something that was left out of the early version initially shown to Ocean.

In letter sent to Chipotle after he pulled out, the singer's camp explained that when he signed on, Frank was told the campaign was intended to support responsible farming.  His legal team added that Chipotle planned to intentionally leave their logo out of the advertisement.  However, the restaurant denies those claims were part of their deal.
